Many of the young people who walk through our doors have had doors closed in their faces because:

• they are not the 'right' type
• they don't have enough money
• they have been labelled with a disability

The arts belong to everyone.

Any young person who wants to perform has the ability and the right to do so.

At Shed@ThePark we echo the Chicken Shed ethos and practice what we preach - by involving young people that might otherwise be segregated from society and their peers, our approach does not compromise standards; it deepens and enriches the experience.

The only way we can continue our vision and project is through funding and support.
